Continuing Medical Education (CME): 
SEAK, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor Continuing Medical Education (CME) for physicians. SEAK designates this course for up to 14.5 hours in Category 1 credit toward the Physician’s Recognition Award of the American Medical Association. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment we will mail you a confirmation letter and driving directions.

Free with Early Registration:
Paid registrants whose registrations are received prior to August 14, 2002 will receive a free copy of the video tape Symptom Magnification, Deception and Malingering (a $95 value).

Cancellations:
All cancellations received in writing prior to October 1, 2002 will receive a full refund. Persons canceling after that date will not receive a refund, but will be provided with the seminar manual.
