REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Tuition for the main conference is $1195. This
includes breakfast, lunch and breaks each day, a detailed course
book, all main conference sessions, a networking reception, and a
unique learning and networking opportunity. Tuition for each
preconference is $495 and this includes a valuable seminar reference
manual, continental breakfast and lunch with faculty, coffee breaks,
and a dynamic learning experience.
LOCATION/SITE HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
The conference will be held on beautiful Cape Cod,
at the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort in Falmouth, MA. A limited block
of rooms has been reserved at special rates ($145/single/double) at
the site hotel. These rooms will be assigned on a first request
basis. To make your reservations, please call 1-800-225-3110 and say
that you are with the SEAK, Inc. group. Due to the popularity of
this program, sleeping rooms at the site hotel will be at a premium.
You are strongly encouraged to make your room reservations as soon
as possible.
ALTERNATIVE/OVERFLOW ACCOMMODATIONS:
As an international tourist destination Falmouth has
numerous lodging alternatives, but space is often at a premium on
Columbus Day Weekend. You are strongly encouraged to book your rooms
early. Numerous overflow options are listed on page 4. Additional
options can be found at
www.falmouthchamber.com. If you need any assistance with
overflow accommodations or if you have questions about Cape Cod
please call Karen Babitsky at 781-261-9972 or e-mail her at
Karen@seak.com.
GETTING TO FALMOUTH:
The two major airports closest to Cape Cod are Logan
International Airport in Boston, MA (70 miles) and T.F. Green
Airport in Warwick, Rhode Island (65 miles). Barnstable Airport is
22 miles from the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort, but this is a
commuter airport that has smaller planes and fewer flights. T.F.
Green is preferred over Logan (if you can get a direct flight) as it
is usually much less congested, especially for those arriving
between 3pm and 6pm. Rental cars, taxis and car service are
available at all three airports. A car is suggested for your stay in
Falmouth, but for those who prefer not to drive and do not want the
expense of a car service, Peter Pan bus lines runs 6 or more daily
busses from Logan Airport to downtown Falmouth (www.peterpanbus.com).
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received in writing on or prior to
September 15, 2007 will receive a full refund.
