Distinguished Faculty
Steven Babitsky, Esq.
is a former trial lawyer with over 30 years experience as a professional presenter and trainer. Mr. Babitsky has presented to tens of thousands of nurses, physicians, scientists, and other professionals. In 1980 he founded SEAK, Inc., (www.seak.com) a national continuing education company. Mr. Babitsky still serves as the President of SEAK, Inc. where he has designed, organized and taught hundreds of continuing education courses. Mr. Babitsky has personally trained thousands of expert witnesses on how to better present themselves during direct and cross-examination. He commonly receives perfect or near perfect scores on the evaluations from attendees in his programs. Mr. Babitsky continues to get emails for years after his presentations/training thanking him for his help.Who Should Attend?

Physicians: SEAK, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. SEAK, Inc. designates this educational activity for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category 1™ Credits. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Occupational Health Nurses: 6.5 60-minute contact hours for continuing education in nursing has been applied for through the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc. (AAOHN). AAOHN is an accredited approver of continuing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Faculty will
discuss and demonstrate how to use the natural fears all speakers
have to their advantage. Attendees will learn how to turn the fear
of failure to help drive them to excellence. Questions and

8:30-9:00Knowing Your
Audience
Attendees will be
presented with techniques for learning about the attendees/audience
before the presentation/training session. Finding out what they know
and tapping into their knowledge and experience will be explained.

9:00-10:00Planning and
Preparation
Faculty will
review how to identify the specific objectives/goals of the
presentation/training. A protocol will be presented to the attendees

Principles
Faculty will
review the latest research and present how professionals really

stories drive home pertinent messages with humor, insight and the

and Exercises
Adult learners do not
want to sit hours on end being lectured to. The truly gifted
presenters/trainers recognize this fact and use demonstrations and
exercises to break up the lecture and add fun and excitement to the

showing them, the 7 characteristics of great demonstrations, the
selection of attendees-grabbing their attention and keeping it,
