Location

The seminar will be held in beautiful Cape Cod, at the Four Points by Sheraton Hyannis Resort, (508) 775-7775, in Hyannis Massachusetts.

Hotel Accommodations:

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at convention rates ($179.00) at the site hotel (Four Points by Sheraton Hyannis Resort). These rooms will be assigned on a first request basis. To reserve your room, please call 1-800-598-4559 and mention the SEAK/Workers' Compensation Conference. Note: The conference was sold out the last several years. Early registration is highly recommended.

Tuition/Discounts:

Tuition for the Twenty-fifth Anniversary Nat'l Workers' Compensation and Occupational Medicine Conference is $795. This includes handout materials to be distributed at the door, coffee breaks, reception, three continental breakfasts, a social event on Wednesday night, and one conference luncheon. A 20% discount is available for two or more individuals registering together prior to May 15, 2005. Tuition for each preconference is $295.

Cancellations:

Cancellations received in writing before July1, 2005 will receive a full refund. Persons canceling after July 1, 2005, will not receive a refund, but will be provided with the course materials.
