Faculty:
Stacy Childs, MD has
been in practice sine 1977, is certified by the American Board of Urology
and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He holds
memberships to over 15 professional organizations and societies and is the
chairman of Liability Insurance Reform Committee for the Wyoming Medical
Society. Dr. Childs is currently a Clinical Professor of Urology at
the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and on Adjunct Professor
for the Clinical Faculty in Family Practice/Urology at the University of
Wyoming. He has authored over 60 articles on various urologic topic
topics and is Editor-in-Chief of infections in Urology.
Kenneth I. Kolpan, Esq. has over
30 years experience in the practice of law and is a highly accomplished
trial lawyer in medical malpractice. He has lectured extensively and
has written such publications as, "Medicolegal Aspects of Head
Injury" and "Traumatic Brain Damage: Damages,
Rehabilitation, and Litigation Issues."
James J. Mangraviti, Jr., Esq. is
a former trial lawyer with experience in defense and plaintiff personal
injury law and insurance law. He currently serves as Vice President
and General Counsel of SEAK, Inc. Mr. Mangraviti has published many
texts regarding expert witnessing and has trained hundreds of physicians
across the United States and Canada.
