The seminar will be held in beautiful Cape Cod, at the Sea Crest Oceanfront Resort  Falmouth, MA.

 
Hotel Accommodations:
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at special rates ($165/single/double) at the site hotel (see page 25). These rooms will be assigned on a first request basis. To make your reservations, please call 1-800-225-3110 and say that you are with the SEAK, Inc. group. Early registration is strongly recommended to ensure that you receive the special rates.
 
Registration Information & Discounts:

Tuition is $695 for each two day course (Business School, Medical Witness, Negotiation, Malpractice, Writing, and IME) and $895 for SEAK Law School For Physicianstm. Students registering for two or more courses will receive a 20% discount off each course. Tuition includes a valuable seminar reference manual, continental breakfast and lunch each day with faculty, coffee breaks, and a dynamic learning experience.

All persons registering prior to April 30, 2002 will receive a complimentary copy of the best-selling 52-minute video tape How To Be An Effective Medical Witness (a $104 value). Space is strictly limited for the seminar and hotel. Register early.

Upon receipt of your registration form and payment we will mail you a confirmation letter and driving directions.
 
Continuing Education Credit:
SEAK, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor Continuing Medical Education (CME) for physicians. SEAK designates Business School For Physicianstm, Malpractice Survival Training for Physicians, How To Be An Effective Medical Witness,How to be a Successful Independent Medical Examiner, and Negotiating Skills For Physicianstm each for up to 14 hours in Category 1 credit toward the Physician's Recognition Award of the American Medical Association. SEAK designates Law School For Physicianstm for up to 21.5 hours in Category 1 credit toward the Physician's Recognition Award of the American Medical Association. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
 
Cancellations:
Cancellations received prior to July 1, 2002 will receive a full refund, less a $25 administration fee.
