Hotel Accommodations:
A limited block of rooms has been reserved at convention rates at Wyndham Emerald Plaza, San Diego, California. These rooms will be assigned on a first request basis. When you send in your registration form and payment we will send you a hotel reservation form so you can make your own reservations at the special seminar rate.

Registration Information:
The tuition for the 10th Anniversary Workers' Compensation and Occupational Medicine Seminar is $595.00. This includes course handout materials to be distributed at the door, coffee breaks, reception, and continental breakfast on the second and third days of the seminar. Tuition for the one-day Delayed Recovery and Law School for Occupation Health Professionals programs is $295 each . A 20% discount is available for two or more individuals registering together prior to the seminar.

Cancellations:
Cancellations received in writing prior to March 12, 2001 will receive a full refund. Persons canceling less than 14 days prior to each seminar will not receive a refund, but will be provided with the course materials.
