Q. Can I register for just one day
of the seminar?
A. No. You must register
for the entire 3-day conference. If you would like to only attend
one day, you may
sign
up for a pre-conference program, which is a one day workshop.
Q. There is no place to
choose which breakout session I want to attend?
A. You do not have to pre-select
your breakout session. You can attend any of the breakouts.
Q. Do I make my own hotel
reservations?
A. Yes. You are responsible
for all travel/hotel arrangements.
Q. When will I receive my
CME certificate?
A. In order to receive your
certificate, you must fill out the evaluation form (which will be in
your registration
packet) and
leave at SEAK's registration desk prior to leaving the seminar. You
will then receive your
certificate
in the mail.
Q. If the hotel if full does
that mean the seminar is full?
A. No. You will be sent a
list of alternative hotels in your registration packet.
Q. Do you provide
transportation from the hotels to the seminar?
A. During the conference,
SEAK will provide regularly scheduled shuttle bus service between
the Cape Codder
Resort & Spa,
and The Holiday Inn Hyannis and The Resort and Conference Center at
Hyannis.
Q.
If I register for the main conference, do I have to pay extra to
attend a pre-conference?
A.
Yes, the pre-conferences are not included.
Q.
How many pre-conferences can I choose?
A.
One pre-conference, they are full day workshops (approximately
7:30am-4:30pm).
Q.
If I change my mind, may I switch my pre-conference at a later date?
A.
Yes. If you would like to make changes to your current registration,
please send us a fax requesting
the changes. After the changes have been made, you will
receive a new confirmation in the mail.
Q.
Does SEAK offer any discounts?
A.
Yes, a 20% will be applied to two (2) or more attendees registering
together prior to May 15th, 2009.
Q.
Will the 20% discount be applied to pre-conferences also, or just
the main conference?
A. The 20% discount will also be applied to
pre-conferences.
Q.
Does SEAK offer this conference anywhere other than Cape Cod?
A.
No, this conference is only offered on Cape Cod.
Q.
Are there any 5 star hotels in the area?
A.
No, there are no 5 star hotels within 50 miles of the conference
site.
Q.
When is the cutoff date for registration?
A.
While there is no formal cutoff date for registration, early
registration is highly recommended. We have a
very liberal cancellation policy if you are subsequently
forced to cancel your registration.
Q.
Can I receive a refund if I need to cancel?
A.
Attendees canceling prior to July 1st, 2009 may receive a
full refund.
Q.
Will I be able to purchase audio or video recordings of the
conference?
A.
No. SEAK prohibits the use of audio or video recordings of the
conference (Exception: prior approval will
be given for attendees with disabilities).
