"Your Medical Fiction Writing for Physicians Conference last weekend was an extraordinary experience.  With humility and poignant humor, Michael Palmer and Tess Gerritsen were able to transport a room full of uptight evidence-based clinicians into the writer's world of creativity.  In addition, the authors shared their personal development through the craft of writing and unique perspective of the published world.  I gained invaluable insight and enjoyed myself immensely. 

I have gained a new respect for writers and their passionate commitment to a creative process.  I hope, by this time next year, I will be able to tell you that I, too, am a writer".
